Christina & Keith first locked eyes while scooping ice cream at a local ice cream shop. They worked together through high school and college, but it wasn’t until they stopped working together that they started dating. They reconnected, had dinner, and the rest, as they say, is history! It wasn’t long until these two Patriots-loving kids knew they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. And it was my privilege to photograph the official kick-off to the rest of their lives!
Christina & Keith chose the gorgeous Kirkbrae Country Club as their venue. It has an amazing outdoor space for ceremonies, plus a great photo garden! It was so nice to have a spot set aside for us for family photos! The bride and groom got ready at a nearby hotel, but the country club has a bridal suite where Christina slipped into her wedding dress. Christina and Keith opted not to see each other before the ceremony, so the girls snuck outside for some portraits first, and then the guys. The day couldn’t have been more beautiful! The ceremony went off without a hitch, but not without a few laughs and a few tears. That’s the way all ceremonies should work! While guests enjoyed cocktail hour, we finished up with family portraits. You’ll have to find the picture of the sweet note Christina stitched onto the back of her father’s tie!
Christina & Keith then spent their reception living it up with their family and friends! DJ Patrick Lally kept everyone on the dance floor, as usual, and it was awesome seeing the bride and groom out there all night long! Plus, they had this amazing wall of donuts. And not only did it make a great background for photos, but they were delicious, too! Having photographed the wedding of Christina’s sister, it was such an honor to be there to celebrate with Christina & Keith!
