This little guy was born into one of the most amazing families I’ve ever met. Not only are his moms amazing women, but he’s got a million and one amazing aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents. I know this because over the course of the last few years, I’ve photographed them at weddings, at birthday parties, for album covers, and just for the good old-fashioned family session. Baby W arrived just before the Christmas holiday – just in case his moms weren’t already brimming with joy. Watching families coo over and dote on their new little babies is one of the highlights of my job. Cuddling, touching noses, making sure tiny feet are warm. There is so much love to go around. Just look at the way these women are looking at their son – love in its absolute purest form.
I know it’s not Christmas now, but I had to post this photo regardless. As we were winding up the session, mom remembered this stocking that she had made and wanted to incorporate it into the photo.
