Cambridge Family Session: A Pocketful of Starlight

More years ago than I’d like to admit (or confirm), I met Natalia and Kyle at this little park in Cambridge for their engagement session. It made perfect sense for us to return there for a family session! We even recreated a few shots, but we added a few extra humans. It’s always special to reconnect with my wedding clients and to photograph them at certain points in their lives. I’ve loved watching this family grow and it was so much fun to photograph them!

Everyone had to give us their sexy Blue Steel face!

Nothing like a giant squeeze to show someone you love them!

Instead of an engagement ring, Kyle had given Natalia an engagement bicycle, which we used in a lot of their engagement photos. In one of my favorite series of photos from the session, Kyle was riding the bike and Natalia was on the handlebars. We didn’t have any bikes this time around, but we thought it would be fun to recreate the scene with the stroller. A few minutes later, a certain brother was being strangled by his sister, but isn’t that just the way things go?
