Kendra loves that Dave has the kindest soul and the biggest heart. Dave loves that Kendra is fiercely independent and true to herself. They’ve walked alongside each other for ten years, starting in high school, essentially growing up together, as individuals and as a couple. When it came time to get married, celebrating with their family and friends was clearly a priority. One of their favorite wedding day decisions was having Dave’s Uncle Mike officiate their ceremony – he did an amazing job, managing to get people to laugh AND cry in the span of 25 minutes!
There are beautiful summer days and then there are PERFECT summer days. Kendra and Dave got one of those perfect summer days as their wedding day. Barely a cloud in the sky, a light breeze coming off the water. All of the boats out on the Bay made for a perfect ceremony and portrait backdrop. It was a gorgeous view! Kendra walked down the aisle, escorted by her father, and stood at the top of the stairs holding back tears. She could see all of her friends and family watching, but they all melted away and it truly felt like it was just her and Dave. Wedding days go by so quickly – to have moments where the two of you can soak it all in – that’s priceless. Kendra and Dave enjoyed every moment of their wedding day – the ceremony, the sun, how beautiful the reception room looked, the speeches, the dancing, the family, the friends, and especially, how at the end of the day, they were married.
