Any couple that can’t stop giggling throughout their engagement session is okay in my book! More than okay, actually. I met up with Jess and Avi on one of those rainy summer days where you get about half an hour in between the thunder and lightning. We watched the weather and decided to forge ahead and throw caution to the wind! On the ride to Larz Anderson Park, I think I drove through at least one torrential downpour and was definitely not sure how we were going to make this work. Jess told me they had a rain plan, which was awesome and totally pro-active and pretty much guaranteed we wouldn’t need it. You all know what I mean – when you don’t plan for rain, it pours; when you do plan, it doesn’t. Needless to say, we all arrived ready to rock and roll! Jess and Avi are so incredibly cute together. They started off the session a little nervous (as most couples do), but totally warmed up. I’d like to think we had a lot of fun, especially when I made them balance on the edge of a fall-off while holding their umbrella. I am so looking forward to photographing their (giggly) wedding in September! It’s going to be awesome. In the meantime, check out how fabulous they are….
