Jenn and I have known each other since college and I was so excited to photograph her & Aaron’s epic wedding at Sugarloaf Mountain in Maine. Then I had the pleasure of photographing their newborn baby a couple of years later. It was so fun to spend time with them and catch up during their Larz Anderson Park family session. All of the kids had grown so much! They are a pretty outdoorsy family, so this was a great location for them. When you tire of nature, you can even catch a glimpse of the Boston skyline! If you haven’t been to Larz Anderson in Brookline, there are so many great spots within the park for hanging out (and taking photos). Plus, if you like cars, there’s an auto museum.
This family really nailed everything about this Larz Anderson Park family session! They are color-coordinated without being too matchy. They smiled and looked at the camera, but they also smiled and looked at each other. There’s jumping, hugging, and crawling through the grass. I even convinced them all to hang from a tree branch! Those photos are some of my favorites from the entire session. Then at the end, the kids let loose and rolled down the hill. Makes me dizzy just thinking about it!
