Mansfield Family Session: We Go Down the Highway

There are a few clients who truly helped jump start my business – they hired me when I first struck out on my own and still come back year after year. This is one of those families. Every time I photograph them, it’s an adventure! You never know who’s going to end up rolling around in the mud or breaking out the dance moves (these kids do a mean Gangnam Style). We always aim for a “Christmas card shot,” but mom always encourages us to get all the silly photos, too – rabbit ears, headlocks, pigpiles, etc. So, since I’m still attempting to make my way through my 2012 holiday sessions, here are a few of my favorites from this one…Mansifield-MA-family-session

Mansifield-MA-family-sessionThis week has been a whirlwind so far… This past weekend I was in NYC for a Cookbook Conference. Got home Sunday afternoon after a very long dramatic bus ride home (thanks to Nemo), and then left Monday morning for Inspire Retreats, an amazing photography conference at which I was a speaker (what the what?!). Got back last night and now I leave tomorrow (Friday) for a wedding in Brooklyn. That’s a heck of a lot of traveling for me! There is so much I want to write down, but for now it has to wait! Today is Valentine’s Day and it’s the one day I’m home – time to watch Magnum, PI and hang out with the Mr.!
